2. Standards and Accreditation (CBAHI Focus):
Explain the purpose, structure, and key components of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) standards.
Analyze how CBAHI standards serve as a strategic framework for driving continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
3. Leadership for Quality and Safety:
Evaluate the role of leadership in building, sustaining, and modeling a culture of safety and quality that proactively identifies and mitigates risks.
Design leadership strategies to translate accreditation standards (e.g., CBAHI) into actionable policies, daily practices, and measurable performance goals.
4. Driving Organizational Excellence:
Develop methods for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, staff engagement, and accountability towards shared objectives of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
