Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Knowledge Pen Health Training Center aims to provide an outstanding educational environment that contributes to developing your skills.

By registering for the courses offered by the Center, you agree to fully comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

📝 Subscription Procedures

1. Course Booking

Training courses must be booked through official approved channels only:

• 🌐 The Center’s official website.

• 📱 Direct communication channels specified in promotional materials.

• 🔗 Sub-registration links (JotForm).

⚠️ Note: Trainees must confirm seat availability before completing the registration process.

2. Information Verification

👤 Trainees must ensure the accuracy and validity of all personal data entered during registration (whether for themselves or another person).

⛔ Disclaimer: The Center is not responsible for any delays or errors arising from incorrect information provided.

💳 Financial Policies

💰 Payment of Fees: Full payment must be made before the start of the course or on the first day, as specified by the Center.

⛔ Payment Commitment: In case of delayed payment:

• Certificates/reports will be withheld, or service will be fully suspended until payment is settled.

• Registration may be canceled, and re-entry will not be permitted without full payment.

📈 Fee Adjustment: The Center reserves the right to adjust fees based on annual economic or market changes. Adjustments apply only to new batches who have not yet completed registration.

💱 Currency: All course fees are displayed in Saudi Riyals ($SAR$) and must be paid in full without delay.

💳 Accepted Payment Methods:

• 🛒 Installment platforms (such as Tamara).

• 💳 Credit and debit cards (Mada, Visa, MasterCard).

• 🏦 Direct bank transfers.

• 📱 Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

🛡️ Payment Responsibility: Trainees bear full responsibility for ensuring valid transactions. The Center is not liable for errors caused by account security breaches or unauthorized payment channels.

🔄 Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

1. Attendance and Certificates

📍 Registration is subject to seat availability. Trainees should ensure the course aligns with their training goals.

🚨 Attendance Threshold: Absence is only permitted with a documented emergency excuse and must not exceed 25% of the total course hours.

📜 Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.

2. Refund Schedule upon Withdrawal

If a trainee decides to withdraw after registration, the following refund schedule applies:

3. Emergency and Medical Excuses

🏥 If unable to attend due to an emergency (such as a medical excuse), an official medical report or supporting document must be submitted.

👥 The case will be reviewed by a specialized committee to determine eligibility for transferring the payment to another course.

🔄 Transfer Conditions:

• The new course must be equal to or higher in value (the trainee pays any price difference).

• Without an accepted medical excuse, registration is permanently canceled and funds cannot be transferred.

4. Missed Training Hours

❌ Missed training hours will not be compensated or rescheduled, regardless of whether the absence is medical or personal.

📣 Trainees are advised to inform the Center immediately if special circumstances require an absence.

⚠️ Force Majeure and Emergencies

🌪️ In the event of extraordinary circumstances (such as epidemics, natural disasters, or force majeure events):

• The Center reserves the right to suspend or postpone courses.

• Trainees will be notified of updates and provided with alternative options (rescheduling or partial/full refunds based on policies active at that time).

🏦 Refund Processing

⏱️ Refund requests are processed within 15 to 21 business days from the approval date.

💳 Refunds are issued exclusively to the same account/card used for original payment.
